You'll greet visitors, assist with game setups, monitor gameplay, and maintain a clean and organized arcade area. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Operate and maintain arcade machines, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Monitor gameplay to ensure fair play and adherence to rules
• Clean and organize the arcade area, including collecting and returning game tokens
• Promote special events, promotions, and new arcade additions to guests
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with the management team to improve guest experiences and arcade operations
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, following all health and safety guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or entertainment role, preferably in an arcade or family entertainment center
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of arcade machines
• Knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
• Enthusiasm for creating fun and memorable experiences for guests
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali
