As an Inhouse Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle. This includes identifying job requirements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. You will use various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the process and ensure efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Source and attract top talent using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, video interviews, and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Use recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and BambooHR to streamline the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Proven experience using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.
