Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive eye exams, including visual acuity tests, refraction, and retinal exams.
• Diagnose and treat eye conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic retinopathy.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and other visual aids as needed.
• Monitor and manage chronic eye conditions, providing ongoing care and treatment.
• Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and vision correction options.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain and operate advanced diagnostic equipment such as OCT, visual field analyzers, and autorefractors.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with the latest advancements in optometry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Licensed Optometrist with a degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an optometry practice.
• Strong knowledge of eye anatomy, physiology, and optics.
• Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic equipment such as OCT, visual field analyzers, and autorefractors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as PracticeWorks or EPIC is a plus.
