IFRC & Managed Service Engineer

Cemerlang Tunggal IntiKarsa is seeking an IFRC & Managed Service Engineer to join our team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure, providing top-notch technical support, and maintaining high availability of our managed services.

As an IFRC & Managed Service Engineer, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their IT needs and deliver solutions that align with their business goals. You'll leverage your expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and security to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure our clients' systems are running optimally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for our clients' IT infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain our managed services to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networking, servers, and security.
• Work with our clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Implement and manage IT infrastructure improvements and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with our team to continuously improve our managed services.
• Provide training and documentation to our clients and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT support engineer or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security.
• Experience with managed services, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
