In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all our operations comply with the latest aviation regulations, including those from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). You will work closely with our pilots, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our operations are safe, efficient, and compliant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and ensure compliance with national and international aviation regulations, including those from DGCA and ICAO.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of aircraft, facilities, and operations to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and procedures to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders to address compliance issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, including manuals, policies, and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in aviation regulations and industry best practices.
• Report compliance issues and recommendations to senior management for appropriate action.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation compliance, with a focus on DGCA and ICAO regulations.
• Certification in Aviation Compliance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, including those from DGCA and ICAO.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with compliance software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
