As a Financial & Bookkeeping Specialist, you will handle daily financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about finance and has a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, and be comfortable working with large datasets. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.
- Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
