📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support and guidance to new employees during their onboarding process.,Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel within Kalimantan Barat for training purposes.
