📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
