📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.,Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes to ensure the quality of our telecommunications products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize QA activities.,Monitor and analyze QA metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous process enhancement.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in telecommunications QA.,Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team.,Provide technical guidance and support to the QA team in the implementation of QA processes and tools.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in telecommunications QA and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in telecommunications QA, with a strong background in test management and leadership roles.,Proven track record of successfully leading QA teams and delivering high-quality results.,Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, protocols, and standards.,Experience with QA tools and frameworks, including but not limited to Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.,Certifications in telecommunications QA or related fields are a plus.
