📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience.,Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels to meet customer demand.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Attend trade shows, events, and promotions to showcase our products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Passionate about customer service and sales.
