📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize distribution processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to prevent stockouts.,Track and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Resolve customer complaints and issues related to product delivery.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and transactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product availability and meet customer demands.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and logistics management tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
