📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and infrastructure
• Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
• Work with hydraulic systems, electrical panels, and HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a facility management or similar role
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical panels, and HVAC equipment
• Familiarity with maintenance software and tools, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate and maintain company vehicles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and adherence to best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
