PT Tirta Maritim is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that our training initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic goals and that our employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that training initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic goals.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
