Duta Jaya Kebab is looking for a Lead Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize warehouse inventory to ensure smooth operations.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Lead and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
