📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Train and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
