📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service to both retail and wholesale customers.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Train and mentor junior sales assistants and cashiers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and cash handling roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market trends.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
