Go Data Ekspansindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Ambon. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing expert advice to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily pharmacy operations including inventory management, ordering, and distribution.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and counsel to customers.,Oversee the work of junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.,Conduct quality control checks on medications and pharmaceutical products.,Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of medications.,Participate in continuing education programs to stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical trends and technologies.,Represent the company at pharmaceutical conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a pharmacy setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Experience with pharmacy management software is a plus.,Valid pharmacy license and certification.
