Jaya Putri Motor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong commitment to patient well-being.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department.,Ensure that all nursing staff are properly trained and certified.,Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.,Provide guidance and support to junior nurses.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the healthcare facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) or similar.,Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of success in patient care and staff management.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
