📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers,Handle cash and provide change accurately,Process checks and other payment instruments,Provide information and guidance to customers about banking products and services,Maintain a clean and organized teller station,Follow security protocols and maintain customer confidentiality,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of banking products and services,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good attention to detail and accuracy,Familiarity with basic computer and office software,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
