📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the company.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and data.,Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc HR tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
