📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and software.
  • Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with IT security and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
