You'll leverage your expertise in recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor to attract and engage top candidates. Daily, you'll be responsible for conducting job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams to make data-driven hiring decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Conduct job postings on job boards, company career pages, and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Proven experience using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR practices or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
