📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior estimators in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure cost estimates align with project timelines and budgets
• Conduct site surveys and gather relevant data to support cost analysis
• Prepare and submit competitive tender documents to potential clients
• Analyze and compare tender submissions from other contractors to ensure our bids are competitive
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools
• Provide technical support to junior estimators and project staff
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic project planning

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction cost estimation and tender management
• Proven track record of preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor rates, and project management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
