📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct initial screening and interviews to identify potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide feedback and support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
