📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the retail sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product sales.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Organize and participate in retail sales events and promotions.,Train and develop new retail sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales software.,Familiarity with the retail industry in Indonesia is a plus.
