📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance programs for production and non-production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
• Implement and monitor automation solutions, from initial design to final deployment, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop and enhance automation systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and best practices.
• Train and mentor team members on the use of automation tools and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of new processes and technologies to enhance our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation, with a strong background in maintenance and production optimization.
• Proven expertise in PLC programming and industrial control systems, including Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley, or similar.
• Certification in industrial automation or a related field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.
