In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all arrangements run smoothly and meet the high standards expected by our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.,Ensure that all event logistics are managed efficiently, including venue setup, catering, and equipment.,Assist in the preparation and execution of event programs, including guest seating arrangements and entertainment.,Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and clients, ensuring their needs are met.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of event materials, such as invitations, menus, and programs.,Assist in the post-event follow-up, including gathering feedback and ensuring all event-related tasks are completed.,Support the banquet manager in any additional tasks as needed to ensure the success of events.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized event space, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Good knowledge of Indonesian culture and traditions, especially in the context of banquet events.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
