📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes for incoming materials and components.
  • Conduct incoming inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify and document quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve supplier performance.
  • Train and mentor junior quality engineers and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and systems.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes, statistical process control (SPC), and quality management systems (QMS).
  • Experience with incoming inspection processes and techniques.
  • Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the electronics industry.
