📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice and guidance on industrial and workplace relations to clients in various sectors.,Conduct workshops, training sessions, and consultations to enhance workplace relations and employee engagement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve workplace culture, productivity, and employee satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze workplace trends and issues to provide data-driven recommendations.,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of IWR solutions.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in industrial and workplace relations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial and workplace relations, with a strong focus on consultation and advisory services.,Proven track record of providing expert advice and solutions to complex workplace issues.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture, laws, and business practices is a plus.
