📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Assist in promotional activities and sales events to drive traffic and increase sales.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory levels.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to sales and cash handling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.,Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
