📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Oversee daily store activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store improvement plans.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a pleasant shopping experience.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
