As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
  • Passion for sales and customer service, with a strong drive to achieve targets.
