📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Train and educate employees on EHS best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sustainability projects that reduce our environmental impact.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest EHS and sustainability trends and best practices.
• Ensure all EHS and sustainability activities are documented and reported in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS and sustainability roles, with a strong track record of success in implementing and maintaining EHS policies and procedures.
• Certification in EHS management systems, such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or OHSAS 18001.
• Strong knowledge of local and international regulations, such as Indonesian Labor Law, ILO conventions, and international standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
• Proficient in using EHS management software, such as SAP EHS, or similar tools.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
