Rejeki Fitri Cafe & Coffee is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Deputy Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall growth of our retail sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management.,Promote our products and services through various marketing initiatives.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.,Contribute to the overall growth and success of Rejeki Fitri Cafe & Coffee.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to build customer relationships.,Good knowledge of coffee and related products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.
