📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll records, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documents.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and organization.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your accounting skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a dynamic and growing organization.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
